Our Food Processor Pizza Dough Recipe
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 package (7 g) active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Coat a medium sized bowl with olive oil.
- In a food processor, combine the flour, active dry yeast, sugar and salt.
- With the food processor running, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and ¾ cup warm water.
- Process until dough forms then shape into a smooth ball.
- Place in the prepared bowl; turn once to coat the dough surface.
- Cover bowl with plastic wrap. Let stand in a warm place for 45 to 60 minutes, or until it doubles in size.
- Split the dough into two equal portions, flatten and add your toppings.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
